All products purchased from Holiday Century are covered by our two-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

During this period, if your product experiences any defect in materials or workmanship or if you simply feel it is not performing as expected we will provide free replacement or repair, no questions asked.

What’s Included

• Replacement: If your product cannot be repaired to working condition, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no cost.

• Shipping Costs: All shipping charges related to warranty claims are covered by us.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

No proof of defect photos or extensive explanation is required. Your satisfaction is enough for us to honor the warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification of the product.

• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, fading, etc.) that do not affect product performance.

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.
