To ensure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, we kindly ask that you take note of our order cut-off dates below.

NON-Festive Orders:

For standard orders throughout the year, please place your order before 8:00 AM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be handled the next business day. 
These orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery estimated between 7–11 business days, depending on your location. 

Please note that: 'Our shipping operations remain closed on weekends and public holidays'.

📦 Holiday Season Orders

To ensure delivery before Christmas and New Year:

Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the holidays due to increased seasonal demand and potential courier delays. We encourage customers to shop early to avoid disappointment.

📅 Regular (Non-Holiday) Orders

For orders placed during non-festive periods:

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (GMT)Greenwich Mean Time (London) will typically be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the next working day.
  • Handling Time: 2 to 4 business days, from Monday to Friday.
  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days, from Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time between 7–11 business days, depending on your location.
  • "Note that no orders are processed or dispatched on weekends or during national holidays in the United Kingdom"

  • Need to cancel your order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@holidaycentury.com (or use our customer support emails below). If the order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to issue a full refund.
  • Delivery delays:
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of our courier partners. While they work hard to meet delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee dates due to weather or high shipping volume during the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
