Return & Refund Conditions
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Email us at info@holidaycentury.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only when the following criteria are fulfilled:
- The item is in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- The product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

- Items showing signs of use (e.g., hair strands, scratches, residue) will not be accepted.
- Packaging, components, or manuals are missing.
- The 30-day return window has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
- Exception: If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item), Holiday Century will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. This helps avoid any issues if the package is delayed or lost in transit. Without a tracking number or delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- We will complete your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed back to the payment method you initially used.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Refund timelines might vary depending on the payment provider.
Non Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage immediately upon delivery to emphasize urgency.
- Email us at info@holidaycentury.com within 24 hours of delivery with the photos and a brief description.
- We will guide you through the process and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
Do You Provide Return Labels?
- For defective or incorrect items: Yes, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- For standard returns: No, you will need to arrange your own shipping.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or card provider processing times can vary.

Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Normally, we accept under 24 hours.

- Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it under our return policy.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Changes to the shipping address can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order; requests after this period may not be accommodated.
